Can I go to the bank?
Absolutely and bank advisers will do everything they can for you but that leaves you with the responsibility of arranging your Solicitor, assessing and understanding the home report, negotiating with an Estate Agent and sourcing the right insurances. Using an expert for any job is advisable but when it’s your family home and expensive purchase, can you afford not to use an adviser?
Why do I keep missing out on property?

Do you cost money?
Yes, at The Only Group we want to be as compeptive as possible. Our fee structure is set at £175 on formal application (after you have bought) and £200 when you move in. We pride ourselves on being one of the cheapest advisers on the market.
